    1. About the Service

    TryLuv.AI ("TryLuv", "we", "us", or "our") is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to create virtual AI companions for entertainment purposes. Users can interact with AI-generated characters through text messages, AI-generated images, voice messages, and video clips.

    All characters, conversations, images, and media generated by TryLuv are entirely fictional and AI-generated. TryLuv is intended solely for entertainment and is not a substitute for real human relationships, professional advice, or emotional support services.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be of the legal age to form a binding contract in the jurisdiction where you reside. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

    If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you shall not access or use our Services.

    3. Account & Registration

    To use TryLuv, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

    You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    4. Subscription & Payments

    TryLuv offers a free tier with limited messages. To access the full experience, a paid subscription is required.

    • Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
    • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
    • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. TryLuv does not store your full payment card details.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

    5. Refund Policy

    You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service during that period.

    For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use TryLuv to:

    • Harass, threaten, or defame any real person.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform's AI systems.
    • Use the service for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws.
    • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the service.
    • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

    7. AI-Generated Content

    All content produced by TryLuv's AI — including text, images, voice, and video — is generated algorithmically and does not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of TryLuv or its team.

    AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. You acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation of AI technology. You are solely responsible for how you use and interpret AI-generated content.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All AI models, software, design, branding, and content on TryLuv are owned by or licensed to TryLuv and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

    By using TryLuv, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use content you submit (such as messages and preferences) for the purpose of operating and improving the service, including AI training on aggregated and anonymized data.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    TryLuv is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or technical issues.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TryLuv and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tryluv.ai.

    Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of TryLuv after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
